From 2020 to 2022 we all went through a major curve, leaving behind the dead wood and pruning our hearts and minds to step into the new version of us in a world that went slightly mad! Some of us found what was important! Protecting our hearts, our dreams and our visions! I finally stepped into my ideal way of living and yes it has been a rocky road of growth and I would not change it for anything but I have the experience of it and am willing to share how you can live a life that is aligned, fun and joyful. 

From 1990 onwards I worked my way up in the corporate world to senior management in 2015 until I hit all the glass ceilings a woman and multifaceted human can reach in this environment. I felt like I was dying and a part of me was missing.  I then followed a deep (very distracting!!) calling to work with people on an individual basis and started expanding out to mindset work, energy work, coaching and Human Design. This led me to a whole new way of life and being.  In 2017 I jumped off the cliff and took a risk to start my own business.

For the next 5 years, I fast tracked my expansion into such an enormous growth trajectory. On every level I was challenged, tested and stretched. Mind, body, spirit… all of it. Spirals and tornadoes of failing and rising and failing and rising, each time discarding the pieces of me I did not need or like.

In this time of shedding the skins that I had dressed myself in, I found me, original amazing me. When something lit me up, I followed it until the next thing lit me up and hopped from one flower to the next drinking in all my new learnings and applying them to my business and healing practise.

I have now worked with hundreds of clients  assisting them with goals, crossing barriers, self-limiting beliefs, using Specialised Kinesiology, Human Design, my senior corporate business and management  skillset, my experience in business coaching and mentoring and using a blend of quantum energy practises that provide practical magic.  My clients have made major life shifts and I am absolutely honoured when I get to work with the true magnificence within each person.  The evidence of my work with people is change, real change, the kind that only moving out of your comfort zone can bring.
