I cannot tell you what that session gifted me. Honestly, I am so moved, absolutely moved. I cannot tell you how my cells are literally vibrating in my entire being. I got really emotional after leaving our session. It was everything I needed to hear. It is not about validation it is just someone telling me I am ok and this is your composition, these are all your moving parts that make up you.
I feel that my entire body is feeling such a sense of relief. I have been in such physical pain. Just having this session with you, having this conversation, the time and the space and you doing this Human Design for me has absolutely alleviated some of the elements.
Like I can literally feel the organs releasing, the tension leaving my body. My heart, my soul and my spirit have said its ok, I am ok. My mind registered it and my body is now feeling it.
