From 2020 to 2022, we experienced significant upheaval, leaving behind what no longer served us and refining our hearts and minds amidst a chaotic world. During this transformative period, I embraced my ideal way of living. Though the journey was rocky, it was filled with growth, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I am passionate about sharing how you can live a life that is aligned, fun, and joyful.
I began my career in 1990, climbing the corporate ladder and reaching senior management by 2015. Despite my achievements, I felt constrained and unfulfilled. Realizing I needed a change, I pursued my calling to work with people on a personal level. This led me to explore mindset work, energy work, coaching, and Human Design. By 2017, I launched my work-from-home marketing and healing businesses.
While in the corporate world, I attended the University of Stellenbosch Business School, completing a two-year business course that included strategy and systems management. It was here that I discovered my love for coaching. Understanding the foundations of coaching, I found that I slipped into the role with ease, feeling as though I had come home.
My clients have experienced profound shifts, and I am deeply honoured to witness and support the true magnificence within each person.
Over the last decade I have experienced rapid growth and faced challenges on every level—mind, body, and spirit. I went through cycles of failing and rising, each time shedding parts of myself that no longer served me and reaching new heights. Through this journey, I discovered my authentic self. I followed my passions, continually learning and applying new insights to my business and healing practice.
Throughout my career, I have worked with hundreds of clients, helping them achieve their goals, overcome barriers, and break through self-limiting beliefs. Using Human Design, my corporate business and management expertise, and a blend of quantum energy practices including Specialised Kinesiology, I provide practical magic that facilitates real change.
So, I am here for you, for the world, to serve as a lightworker, reality maker, and reality checker. I don’t fluff and I don’t beat around the bush. My BS radar is finely tuned, and I help strip the masks and facades that others hold up for themselves. I am empathic, connected spiritually, practical, and have my feet firmly on the ground without losing focus on all our energetic layers. I enjoy science and the metaphysical, finding joy in exploring both realms and integrating them into my practice.
For fun, I sing and create music with my adorable evolved soulmate, Andrew King. We are super nerds and love our secret language and the silly things we find to laugh about. Together, Andrew and I make up a brilliant third person, and as individuals, we are supportive of our personal journeys and needs. We have a blended family. I have two beautiful children and three step children.
